"Had several issues with other companies saying they were 24/7 emergency boiler companies and having lost one nights sleep and several thousand litres of water and nearly a whole boiler I called Paul. Bit only did he fix my problem. He didn't even need to come to my property. He recognised the fault and talked me through a process to fix the problem myself. Being an idiot when it comes to house hold maintenance and diy. Even I got it first time and now the boiler is happy and I'm even happier. Paul was professional. Polite. Articulated himself well and he was kind enough to help me over the phone when others couldn't even get someone to me for 24/36hrs. Fabulous guy. Great results. Will be saving in my phone for any future gas and boiler water issues !! Top man."-Iain

"Paul turned up right on time, even after he'd gone out of his way to squeeze me in to his schedule. He gave me great advice on an old boiler the internet seemed to know nothing about, and like for another reviewer he even recommended a different service which might work out cheaper - though if they don't I'm definitely calling him again :)

 "I rang Paul regarding my boiler loosing pressure, he was willing to fully discuss the symptoms and suggest some checks without any cost, after this discussion he diagnosed the problem and said he would call back with a cost for the faulty part. He called back the next day and having agreed the price arranged a time to fit it. He turned up on time replaced the part then rang back a few days later to check all was well (It was). At all times Paul was polite, helpful and courteous, I would definitely use him again for any future work and would thoroughly recommend him to anybody."-Michael A

"2 days before christmas and the boiler stops working brilliant! an hour an a half ringing round trying to find someone that is prepared to come out on a sunday without charging telephone numbers! And then we found Paul. Not for as long as i care to remember have i come across a tradesman that is as genuine, patient and reassuring as Paul. Spent half an hour of his sunday morning walking me through some basic instructions and checks on the phone to rectify my boiler issue and avoid what would have been a potentially costly call out charge from the likes of some of the cowboys out there. "After a very cold few days our boiler decided to go on the blink and wouldn't 'fire up' typically it failed on a Sunday morning! Paul was able to get the boiler up and running within an hour and even though it was an 'out of hours' call nothing seemed too much bother. Can't recommend him enough. Superb. Ps> Many of the nationals offer 24/7 cover but then can't even guarantee you can speak to an engineer on the same day let alone get one out.
