What I need from you

I aim to provide a fast, punctual, reliable service to all my customers and to this end, there is only one way to contact me - 0191 2616935. If I am not in, you will get an answering machine. Please do leave a message as I will try to contact you within 90 minutes.

The best times to speak to me in person are:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 10.30am and 5.00pm - 6.30pm

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 8.30am - 11.30am

If you cannot phone me during these hours, please phone anyway and leave me a message.

Remember, I can often give you advice over the phone that will enable you to sort out the problem yourself. I DO NOT charge for this service. To make it easier,  please supply me this as much as possible of the following information when you phone:

  • Boiler make & model
  • Nature of fault
  • Any fault code displayed or flashing lights?
  • Frequency of fault?
  • Approximate age of the boiler
  • GC Number - e.g. 4 - _ _ _ - _ _
  • Serial number

For boiler repairs

I might be able to give an approximate price over the phone but I will charge a call out fee for a diagnostic visit which will be refunded if further work is required. In this case, I will provide you with a quotation. In the event that I recommend a full replacement I will either give you a quotation or help you to find a reliable contractor.
